This role will be responsible for organizing and facilitating the S&OP / Integrated Business Planning Process with cross-functional teams to balance demand and supply plan to achieve Business Targets for the assigned Product Line Globally.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the S&OP process for the assigned product line.

• Facilitating S&OP/S&OE meetings, building meeting agenda, identifying participants, translating demand/supply plans to business plans, and standardizing templates that facilitates meaningful dialogue and decision-centric discussions.

• Act as a Single point Contact for the Plan for the Product Line Globally. Presenting the performance scorecard, financial gap versus target, demand risks and opportunities, action plans to mitigate any supply risks, and other market related events or situation that may impact demand and supply imbalance.

• Oversee and refine the Demand Review process.

• Review and analyze demand forecast, designing exemption reports for demand variances, establishing process to manage demand forecast consumption, challenging forecasts huge changes without assumptions, and forecast error root cause analysis.

• Work with Supply Team to translate the Demand Plans and provide stakeholders the visibility of the Demand and Supply Plan

• Incorporate the S&OP process with the Existing Planning Tool to augment the pull system processing in the manufacturing lead time window.

• Work closely with Marketing and R&D to align on demand strategy plan for new product introductions and/or Phase in Phase out processes.

• Work closely with Finance to develop different scenarios and possibilities to mitigate financial gap with clear action plans.

• Manage, train and coach the organization to drive continuous improvement of the demand planning process and supply planning process.

• Create and Maintain Process Documentation and KPI Dashboard for the S&OP Process and associated Governance for Execution.

• On a day-to-day basis, this role will act to aggregate and align the global demand planning, supply planning, sourcing and growth teams to ensure that the company's financial, operational, competitive and customer objectives are achieved. This role will also define key performance indicators and ensure their tracking drives performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in running and/or implementing S&OP in a manufacturing environment.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or business administration. A master's degree or relevant certifications (like APICS CPIM or CSCP) is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and/or related areas.

  • ERP system knowledge with strong linkage of financial, material and supply flows.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making is essential for optimizing inventory levels.

  • Communication: Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various teams, negotiate with stakeholders and present a cohesive plan with actions /decisions.

  • Change Agent: Strong passion to add value and drive sustainable change management processes.Problem-Solving: The ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement strategies to resolve inventory-related issues is crucial.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, Planning Processes and inventory analysis tools.Organizational Savvy. Balances different views and interests of the members of the organization when developing solutions

  • ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Include whether or not position will be required to work in clean room, near or with heavy machinery, ability to lift heavy objects, ability to wear protective gear in lab, etcPerforms other duties as assigned.Ability to Travel

Pay / Compensation

The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $89,500 - $120,500

Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
